HID Kit for Fogs - Hard to install?

I plan on getting an HID H1 kit for the fogs/hi-beams. I was wondering if the ballast was hard to install? And what lines should I splice into for the power?

I am planning in getting a kit like this:

hid kits are ridiculously easy to install, now it's a matter of ordering something quality or not. i'd prefer you go with phillips, NOT apexcone, or even a "off brand" like neverburnout. ebay for the generally perpetual lose.
