smoked tail lights ??

i like the way smoked tail lights look. i don't know how to do them or where to get them done. a friend of mine was telling me had some kind of tail light spray paint but seems easy to screw up, and i think it'll give it a tacky look. someone was also telling me if you go to a local body shop, they remove your tail lights, and just spray the inside. don't know what to do.
any suggestions ?

Some people on here have done the tint spray on the tail lights but most have bought the tail light overlays from BlueBatmobile. You can check his site for all the pictures of his product http://s2.photobucket.com/albums/y42...rlays/?start=0

Email him to order.

yeah since your car is red and so are the tail lights, I think a little contrast would look great.

Right now only clear corners, z tube/K&N, OEM front lip, tint and a nice 2 stage polish with polymer sealant! Dont have the tail light overlays yet but I will be getting those soon. I'm working on getting my suspension on today or tomorrow but I'm having a little problem with my wheel locks (dont have the tool).

Are you talking about buying exhaust tips? Thats not going to do anything for the car, just for looks. A full cat back exhaust system is probably the only thing worth buying but it will cost you. As for intake, go with what every fits your needs. I just got a z tube and K&N, it added a little sound and now I have a better filter I can reuse.

A word of advise: Since your new to the forum, spend a lot of time searching and learning about our cars. Thats all I did for awhile, I"ve learned a lot and you can find out any info you want. Its all about your personal preferences and waht you want most out of your car. People have tested out every part combination and posted reviews/pictures/sound clips of it all. You can use that to your benefit to get your car looking, sounding and performing exactly how you want it.
