I am trying switch the stock lights which is 4100k. Can anyone give me some suggestion about what brand and hom much K should I get?? I am thinking about 8000k, but my friends told me it will have a short life and always broken. And after you change the lights, the computer system of the car won't run well.I personally really dont have any knowledge about the lights. IF you guys can give me some ideas about the lights and also explain it clearly, it will be really helpful for me to make decision. Picture will be great if possible.

Try searching using the Search function, there are numerous threads of peole changing their bulbs out. Basically you just need the same size bulb, and the color or the "K" measurement is upto you. i think 8000k is very purply and blue, you may run into trouble with the cops and inspectioon if that applies where you live. 6000k is what i've seen many people do. Oh, and you're friends are absolutely wrong about the computer system of the car messing up. The lights have nothing to do with the ECU of the car. Make sure they are teh same wattage and size...and ur fine.
