I have this exact set-up as well although I also have them in the front and rear interior lights. One of the best, inexpensive mods I've done purely in the fact it makes the car unique from stock G35's out there. I like the look of the interior lighting up with the bluish white glow when I hit the unlock button on the car.

I just got some PIAA's. They suck. They are the 19262. Not bright at all. They only have two leds per bulb. Even with two bulbs (4leds), it's lame.

GO with the bulbs that have 5leds in each. probably a better bet

i use the 31mm 6 LED SMT festoons in "HID white" from the same site as my dome lights, and step lights...i approve of these leds as well

btw what the hell is a festoon? the word has suggestive undertones of something that resembles an embryo from some alien lifeform with sinister intentions...
