Head Lights, keeping the bottom yellow??

When I put my HID's in I kept my bottom yellow, so far on this site I see most people rock it that way, I'm assuming they like the look. Sometimes I think about switching to all white bulbs.
What do you guy's think??

Yeah, mines an 03, so I got that almost blue light on top, and this somber yellow on the bottom, I mean I guess it kind of looks cool sometimes, but sometimes I just wish they were just all white lights.

I changed my yellow bulb out to a white one. I did not like the look before. I wish i could get rid of the yellow turn signal in the head lamp without a ton of dremel work.

I hear ya, but with the white bulb you put in it still mismatches HID lighting(assuming you have HID;s) right?? Mine are 8300's, so a white bulb is going to be off in color, although yellow is as off as it gets lol.

I got the PIAA extreme white bulbs I think and they match pretty well to the HIDs.

Hmm, how much$? Yeah the turn signal is a bitch in G's, i mean it's a great design and location, but switching the coloring is a lot of work, unless someone on here has an easy way of doing it.

There telling me the clear sidemarker's they sell all over ebay are bad in the Rain?? You know anything about this, or why?

I think I got the piaa's on ebay for like 50 or 60 bucks

I got my clear corners from everythingG35 I think they were like 25 or 30 bucks. Don't know much about the ebay ones orwhy they would be bad in the rain unless they don't seal well and water gets in, or maybe the bulbs are dim.

IMO, It's a matter of WHAT LOOK youre going for. For me im working on a complete JDM Skyline overhaul so I went with the JDM YELLOW fogs and kept all my external lighting amber with the exception of the main headlight of course.

I think YELLOW looks funny if youre going for a clean VIP look with polished or chrome flashy wheels and such. But for G's with JDM set ups, I give the to them for rockin the yellow fogs.

BTW, if youre looking for some hyper white fog lights, I have my previous bulbs still if you wanna buy. They are Arctic White which has a blue hue to it.

I hate the OEM fogs/yellow bulbs & never used them because of the look, so I went with a more effective bulb for fog, and one which has a more defined contrast. Ended up going w/ PIAA 2500K Plasma Ion Yellow bulbs for the fogs. They're bad a$$ when you turn on your high beams!

Yeah, I do. I was contemplating on making the fog color match the HID's but that output is crazy bright & would probably **** too many people off, so I went with a more practical color that actually helps in foggy/rainy/snowy weather. There's a thread somewhere on here with picts of the setup with fogs matching the HID color. Actually, I made a mistake, the yellow fogs aren't 4300K, they're 2500K Plasma Ion Yellow H4 bulbs (I think 4300 is headlight color).

Yeah I hear ya, it can be cool, I guess Lexus started that with IS when they went super yellow on the fogs.
