i fired up my lights and here are the outcome.

the first two are projector #1. It has a really nice pink and purple flare/band above the cutoff




the last three are projector #2. It has more a bluish band above the cutoff.






these are nice but i realize there are no blue band stretching across. the cutoff is where all the color are at, and also there is some hill effect after the cutoff. Is it due to my shield? should i play with it more? I have messed with it many times, but have never gotten the blue thin line across the color band. I prolly have a custom ebay clear lense, you guys think that is the problem?

 

It could be the lens. Try swapping the lens from the two projectors and look at the results. Your cutoff is very curved at the ends...maybe the shield is bent a lil too much.

 

i think you jacked up the shield, that cutoff is horribly bowed

 

i thought so too, i tried fixing it but its still bows. What can i say, i got man hands, although i think this way i get more color. When i bend the shield down the bow becomes noticeable, but then i gain a nice pink/purple band. when i push back the shield to the stock 90 degree, i just get a blue band but the bow becomes less dominant.
