No problem... good luck and let us know how you like them!

Oh, and the lights under the door can be a huge pain... if and when you get them, PM me and I'll try to help, or you can find info for that and all the other lights by searching.

I thought having LEDs in the headlight unit is a no no? It indicates that if you put LEDs in the headlight unit that the heat will wear the life of the LEDs out. If it does exist, where can you get the LED bulbs for the fogs?

i think he meant clearance strips in his headlights, not fog lights. but idk... why are the underdoor lights a PITA? I just ordered my leds and would like to know how to install the door ones.. the others seem simple enough.. thanks

vLEDs now sells LED HB4 fog lights (pretty sure these are the ones for our car) - check out their website under DLRs... haven't purchased a set but I'd like to try them out - I hate the yellowish white of my Sylvanias

EDIT: whoa, they totally just redesigned their website... gonna have to get used to it all over again!

The door ones sometimes don't have much slack at all on the wire... mine didn't. It took me a while to wrestle with it and finally just be able to squeeze the festoon bulb in. If I had owned my car longer and taken off the door panels before (as I now have), then I'd know that you can probably yank it pretty good without damaging anything - I was being too cautious.

you will have to peel pull back on the fender liner and reach in through the wheel well.

See one post above... and all you really need is a flathead screw driver.

To get access to the light assembly you need to do the following:

Turn your front tire in on the side your going to work on.
Jack the front of the car up so the tire is just about off the ground....makes it easier to get inside the wheel well to work.

Inside the wheel well you will see four or five button fasteners...they are round black buttons about the size of a dime. The inside of the fastner pops up with a small flat heat screw driver.....remove the couple along the front of the wheel well, and there is another two or three on the top and inside of the front half of the wheel well liner.

Remove the small phillips head screw on the top of the lip of the fender...

The plastic wheel liner can now be separated, and you can pull it down to get access to the headlight assembly.

The clearance light is in the upper outside corner.....I think the wire is red/black......you will need to twist the long black plastic tab to remove the bulb assembly.... MAKE SURE TO TEST THE LIGHT BEFORE YOU RE-ASSEMBLE

Then, once you installed the new light, reverse the procedure and to on the the other side

Yes, along with dremeling out the clearance strip on the bezel, retrofiting in a clearance strip and wiring it. Not an easy job by any means
