06 projector headlight question

The driver's side headlight went out tonight. I was just gunna swap the bulb from the working side to help clarify what the issue is.

After get access from the fender well, Do you just turn the black round little housing cover on the top of the headlight closest to the fender to get access to the bulb? Is that the right one?

Thanks,

Atownpdx

The top one is the HID low beam and the lower one is for foglight/turn signal.

thanks for the clarification. I took the wheel off and pulled back the fender liner, removed the housing cap and to my amazement I saw that the ground wire had came off below the little silver box. The little silver box (which I am guessing the bulb is on the other side) was a little loose too.

I pushed the little silver box back in all the way and refastened the ground wire underneath it. I am not sure as to why these parts became loosened. Anyone else have this come up?

Everything works now. Thanks again.
