Nope, I have four different pairs of regular H4s. None work with high beams on and the drivers side is really screwed. I'm sure IvoryGT will know.

you probably blew a fuse. these are not meant to be used like a regular bulb. Even if it was designed to do its job like the 7443 bulbs. I found that they often have reversed polarity in some cases where you would have to bend the pin manually to make the contacts go the right way.

In any case you need to get to the fuses behind the battery to replace what you blew.l

It is absultely no surprise that your high beams do not work with these LEDs. They are not dual filament bulbs.

Your fog light is dim? If it's still powering on, then it's unlikely that you blew a fuse.

Yes, understood that going in. Now even with dual filament bulbs the high beams do not power on.

they MIGHT be dual function (ie filament) but they probably have improper pins for our socket

I find the same problem with 7443 LEDs they DO work both citylight and turnsignal but the pins need to be manually bend into another position for proper connection.

sounds like something definitely shorted, check your wiring too, make sure nothing melted, as for which one, i don't know off hand, but i would check the relay box cover, usually there's an indication of what's what.
