How about someone throw HID's in the tails???

lol, i saw a guy on a bimmer forum with hid reverse lights. it was...interesting.

i guess he wants to make sure people see him when he's backing out? or maybe he had like 1% tint and needed to light things up so he could see?

 

yeah it wouldn't be that bad of an idea to have brighter reverse lights. other than that...nahhh.

 

The problem is not with the actual lighting, its the constant short bursts of turning them off and on that will eventually kill them

 

 

Not unless you drive a manual and install them on the reverse lights. its never on until you need it.

I can see how on the auto you always click by the R gear. that could be trouble.

So I really like the JDM '06 tails - and they're $350/pair. You guys know where I can get 'em cheaper? It's between those and the modded Skyline-styles at Clearcorners.com. What?! I had just emailed them for quote. No way in hell.

You know I love a good lighting mod Paul but I'd rather put 2 grand toward my JWT TT kit!
