You bake them in the oven at ~200. Add sprinkles, and it takes a little longer.

if i wanted to clear out my orange turn signals in the process, what is that bulb that looks silver, but blinks orange (to pass inspection)..i think its sylvania?

Yea. Or you can get LEd bulbs from superbrightleds.com. BUt there is a problem. You get hyper blink cause the circuit thinks that your bulb is going to be out soon. So... i don't know if thats a good suggestions. Just telling you what i did!
