HELP with headlights..

HELP with headlights..

i have an 06 black coupe and one of my friends pointed out that one of my headlights is brighter then the other.. at first i thought it was cus i was driving around when he noticed but i checked while my car was level and my left headlight is brighter! and now it just annoys me even though i can hardly tell while inside my car...should i get it checked at the dealer?! im in OC, cali area btw

I would take to dealer.
Did you have your headlights replaced? There's a recall on those btw. Mine got replaced on my 06 coupe awhile ago under that recall.

well i bought it 3 months ago so i doubt they are recalls... and they are the ogs. i guess ill have to go to the dealer :/

Possible previous owner had recall done. You won't know untill dealer runs your vin. Either way, you should be covered I would think. Different brightness, weird...never heard that before.

You see a lot of this with HID headlights. I had an Audi that did the same thing. One was brighter then the other, then I got them replaced and the alignment was wierd. Not to mention it cost a lot of dough to buy new headlights for an Audi. Never again will I get HIDs, Xenon all the way!!

This makes no sense to me. Xenon ok, but HID bad?
