Had a question about LEDs...

I got some cheap LEDs off eBay for my reverse signals and license plate lights as the stocks burned out...

The reverse ones look fine but the license plate one is dull, purplish looking, and kinda ricy!

I read a little bit about high power LEDs?

Found this : http://www.v-leds.com/Shop/Control/P...id/0/SFV/32481

and was wondering if this would look better than what I have now, I'm kinda looking for the look the Lexus has stock these days and was wondering if those would get the job done. Does any modification need to be done to make high intensity LEDs work as opposed to regular LEDs? Thanks for the input!!

Those are the exact ones I am running. Compared to local G owners that have other LEDS, these look alot whiter instead of purplish/blueish. They are very bright as well compared to the dimmer ones I see all the time.
