changing brake light sequence in 04 coupe?
Here's what I want to do, I have stock OEM 04 coupe tail lights. Currently in a braking situation (IIRC) only the square LED and inner round LED lights brighten and then the outer lights are used for turn signals.
What I want to do is have the turn-signals and the round LED lights both brake and turn signal and then just have the square LED lights active only when the lights are on and not brighten while braking.
I hope that makes sense. So basically during braking and turning I will have four round lights lit up and the square LED's only light up when the lights are turned on.
Anyone know what i need to do to make this happen? I searched and found only info for sequential lighting and for turning off the squares when braking.
Based on that thread, I can easily disengage the braking-squares by just undoing that one plug. Would it be as easy as splicing the turn signals into the power source of the round LED lights making them both active during turn signal operation, lights-on and braking?
Im surprised I havent seen more like this to be honest.

anyone have anything on this?
you think it would be as simple as pulling the plug on the square set and splicing the turnsignal into that plug?
Bueller? Bueller?

so you want the circles to be running lights and turn signal's and the brake lights to be the square correct.
I am sure that it can be done
I have an extra tail light that I can mess with to see what I can figure out. Pm me if that is what you wanted.

close, I want all three to be running lights and all the circles to be signals and brakes! The sqaures would only be on as running lights, not during brake activation.
Thanks for help!
