I want Golden Yellow fog lights.. What should I buy?

I searched a bunch.

I see people wanting to get 3000K yellow HID fogs, but then i see people bashing them because that would cause glare and its a safety hazard.

Is there a bulb that I just go an pick up at like Autozone or something and plug it in?

I just want to have a golden yellow fog light look.. It needs to look clean and not leak all around the rest of the headlight.

I'm looking to have a completely different contrast from the blue light the projector puts out, then a golden yellow fog light right under.

They "correct" way to install a 3000K HID kit would be to retrofit a set of projector lenses in the foglight area, therefore, you will not have excess glare like you would if you just stuck a set of HID's in the OEM folight reflector housing.

However, a good solution would be to simply go with Luminics JDM Yellow foglight bulbs. They give a great contrast to the HID bulb.

Here is a pic of my Luminics...

+1 on the Luminics bulbs. I have them on my sedan and they look great with the stock HIDs.

I am running Nokya yellow bulbs from ebay, they are the same color as Luminics and about half the price.

For city lights LEDs are always too blue, I am running Polarg M4 194/168 bulbs.

it's crappy quality from my cellphone

For 03-05 coupes (reflector), use H4.

For 06-07 coupes (projector), use H1.

I am unsure of sedans, however, I believe 03-06 sedans are H4.

Question... I am going with the lumincs H4 yellow bulbs for my fogs.... would this impair my high beams? Since the H4 (fog light) is also our brights as well, does this get rid of the high beams? Please let me know! Thanks in advance

It does not get of the high beams but because they are white it might not be as useful unless it's foggy. I am not positive whether they yellow will be worse then stock bulbs as far as high beams but all in all I don't think you lighting will be impaired enough not to get them
