My driver side headlight is having problems the halogen bulbs underneath the xenon work and the side markers and the illuminated strip one the side works, just not the actual xenon bulb.

Made sure the everything was connected.

I think water got into it when i got off work saturday night it look like there was water inside the housing?

Is there any way i can check to make sure the ballast is working or that there is a current running through the wires or something?
