Hey all, I finally finished this with the help of another member here on the board. I can't take credit for this, he did all the work, I simply documented as he went along. All in all, this is not a difficult task, but it is not what I would consider easy. About a 5 out of 10 and the hard-o-meter. I'm hosting it up on my website now, if someone can setup a Mirror for this that would be greatly appreciated.

The file is abou 43MB since I took 6MP high res photos for each step and included them in the word document. If you want to zoom in on a particular step, just open the photo in your favorite editor - it should zoom in really nice.

by retrofit, do you mean taking a us-spec 06 projector and changing it to Canada spec with DRL? Or are you referring to an actual projector retrofit
