sorry if this has already been asked.... but did you have to remove your wheels to get to the city lights? or just turn it and peel off the liner?

if you have small hands then you can just jack the car up if your lowered and turn the wheel. peel the fender liner and reach for the bulb

if not then take out the wheels

nope. if you want yellow fogs you can buy the luminics ones
cheap and its really yellow
