Headlights
When you switch your headlights between low beam and high beam, does it make a rather loud mechanical type sound (this might not be the best way to describe what im hearing)? I've never owned a car with these type of headlights before but i found it strange that the headlight housing unit makes any kind of sound at all when switching.

You will hear it if you have the 06+ G. Its the BiXenon projectors. There is a metal shroud between the projector lens and the HID bulb. The shroud obscures half of the lens when the lows are on, and when you hit the high beams, the shroud moves out of the way and exposes the entire lens, or most of the lens. The shroud moving is what you're hearing.
