sorry for your loss, but if she was at fault + DWI, you have nothing to worry about for insurance purposes.

ey if they total it out let me know how much you want for it or what ever they try to sell it to you for you know what i mean cus the insurance companies sometimes total cars for the dumbest things ever and then acution them off and then they get repaired and then sold for a good penny

Sorry to read about your bad luck again. That sounds like a crazy person driving that other car DWI and trying to fight when it's clearly her fault.

It's hard to say but I doubt it's totaled. Good luck.

We'll be interested to hear of the outcome and just what you do. All the best with the insurance co. Make sure you get diminished value credit if it is not totaled.

Sorry to see that happen. Don't feel too bad since it is their fault. It is just a car and you will get a better one in the future!

So, the agent comes over and takes a look at the car, its not going to be totaled which is fine with me. He estimated the damages and came up almost $11K, and will cover the rest of the amount if more.....He told me to call back 2morrow morning while his boss looks over the pictures of my car and see who's really at fault etc. He kept trying to mention that I should just call my insurance and pay the $500 Det. and have them fix my car asap since he does'nt know how long his company will take. I said no like 5 times and demanded a check and have my car fixed at any shop I chose. He also wrote down on the estimate for my passenger side headlight "Ironman" mod and my upgraded H.I.D. bulb and agreed to cover the cost as well. I also contacted my boy who owns a shop and he's ready to get to work on my car. Now its just the waiting game and when they will send me my check. My car will be back up in no time and better than ever....
