Headlight issue HELP!!!

i just noticed today that my passengers head light was out. but when i first turn the head lights on it flickers like is gonna go on but dosent. i checked all the connection and everything seems tight. any ideas?

You need a ballast. I have two for sale if interested, also before looking take the lamp out and take the ballast off. Heat it up for 3 minutes with a hair dryer.
