Those that are looking for 06 projector headlights

Ive been seeing quite a few threads lately asking "is this a good deal" "Are these ok to buy from ebay" Etc.

If you do not want to spend alot of money on new ones, and dont want to risk buying from ebay and getting ripped off here is what i did:

I was searching on local classified websites (Craigslist, Kijiji, etc.) not in the used autoparts section, but in the Cars/trucks for sale section. Look for any g35 coupes and make sure that you only look at the ones posted by owners, not dealerships. then call/e-mail them and ask them if they would be willing to do a swap with you for like $150-$200.

also look at the 04-05 coupes, because some may have the projector headlights on them.

if you look long enough you will surely find someone that will agree, as long as you either do the swap yourself, or have a shop do it for you.

This way you know exactly what you are getting, and save yourself alot of money.

Hope this helps, it worked for me, and i couldnt be happier with them.

or you could just "test drive" an 06+ from the dealer for a few hours*. take home, do some chop-shopping and return it.

*note - this will not work if you roll up in that joint with your 03-05 g35.

you gotta look in the cars/trucks for sale section, not auto parts.
