I was going to avoid posting, but you asked!
Ok first off, it looks like you took your time masking your HLs off and have them painted up really nice. It also looks like you took your time with the TL tints and such. Since you already know that you did a good job on this, I'll become more critical, since you asked!
I don't like how when I look in the TL the CCFL ring is not perfectly centered inside. It is very close, but still off enough that I could tell by a quick glance. Another thing I don't like is how it sits in front of the old LED tunnel circle, and just looks "added" in. If you really to use the CCFLs as opposed to the LEDs, I would have been diggin' somethin really special, like filling the tunnels in or doing something else creative that makes the CCFL ring look "OEM" compared to "added". That said, you still haven't posted lighted pictures yet, so who knows how it looks lit up... maybe the tunnels look sweet? These are just comments from seeing the "daytime" view of your lights.
Are you using your old blinker bulbs or is the outside ring gonna blink?

visi i really appreciate the critique. actually when i put the first ccfl on i realized that i really didnt like being able to see the old led ring. what i wish i done was silver coat that region so it would look solid but i couldnt since i already epoxy'd them on and didnt want to break them. but i am satisfied with the final result.

lots of work involved in all that, you must have felt pumped when you put them back on your car!
pics 2 and 3 really show what i was worried about in terms of having the old tunnels still behind the ccfl. that sucks that you had already epoxy'd them in place but if you ever go back to revisit the project def come up with a way of changing the "architecture" of the tails by eliminating the tunnels / doing something unique to make the rings look OEM
+1 for pics from further away, so we can see the entire rear end of car.

Props for the diy project, and the tails look pretty good except the gap in the ccfl. But the headlight LED are a bit overkill, they look like something from that movie "Abyss" lol Maybe some better pics would do them justice. But thats just my opinion. Grats on a tough project none the less.
