I bought 3A racing performance crystal hyper white head lights since I couldn't find any PIAA's at my local auto parts store. Now I am reconsidering about wheather if I should install them or not. They are rate 60/55w @ 4200 k and I am afaird it will damage something... Anyone with opinions on what I should do?

You should be fine because they're still 60/55. After that, you run the risk of melting your wiring harness and/or headlight housings.

Yeah, they'll work fine. Just for the sake of pointing out the obvious though... 4200k is the color temperature, not the operating temperature.
