I have a 2003 g35 coupe. My driver-side turn signal light is having some issues. When I put the light settings to AUTO, the orange circle is supposed to light up but it doesnt. However, when I flip on the left-turn signal, the light blinks and works. Am I supposed to replace the bulb?

 

yes, it is a dual filament bulb and one of the filaments burnt out. You need a clear 7443 bulb, which you can find at any auto parts store

i have about 15 of them..lol if you were local id give you one..your better buying one from auto zone..there like 3 bucks for a 2pack..and part number is 7443 like redlude said

I have a similar weird problem.

My '03 has '06 headlights on it though.

My turn signal (driver's front) works for awhile, but then will stop working (back turn signal works fine).

I turn on the parking lights, and that starts flashing (the little tiny 194 bulb that is) instead of the 7440 bulb. I can hear a "THUNK THUNK THUNK" under the headlight.

But get this, I turn on the headlights...no "THUNK THUNK" and the turn signal works! As soon as I turn off the headlights, it stops working.

But this happens only after the car is running for a bit. If the car is not running, the turn signal will work all day long w/the lights off.

BCM issue?
