How do you get the clearance strip bulb out?

I've got a burned bulb in my clearance strip and I'm able to get to all the wires and harnesses with my wheels all the way turned.. However I keep pulling and pulling on the top tab with 2 wires coming out of it at the top of the headlight but it wont budge.. Is there a clip? I can easily get my hand in there.. Do I need to take the whole headlight out?

Mine also blew out once all i did was turn the wheel pull the liner back and pulled out the plug and wire took off the bulb by yanking it with gloves and putting new one in. You def not have to take the headlights off

Ok so I have the liner out and back. Wheels turned.. I can easily reach in there.. What do I do/ pull? I'm trying really hard and it won't come out.. Is there a clip or do you just tug on it?

Yup I just figured it out that you need to twist the socket
