Hello all.
My girlfriend owns a 2006 Coupe, completely stock, that has had a driver side tail light problem. It started with the turn signal blinking faster at first, indicating a problem that is usually a burnt light bulb. Once I looked at it, I found out that when this happens the blinker doesnt work at all, the brake light does all the blinking instead. Also, when she goes to reverse the left side light seems dim compared to the right, and sometimes the tail light doesnt even light up when she applies the brakes. This happens randomly and I checked all the lights to see if any were out, all lit up fine then. She took it to the dealer and they told her that it could be an electrical problem, but once they took a look at it they could not find anything wrong. The dealer also told her that the 06 Tail lights were recalled??? If anybody has had a similar issue please share, I would love to get this taken care of. Thanks in advance.
