The wires you need are in the big 40 pin plug.

You lost me talking about the yellow wire on the relay switch - the only yellow wire should be the one on the module itself (the little black box with the blue LED).

The relay wiring has nothing to do with the blue LED - you need get that part working correctly before you even worry about the relay wiring.

To get the LED to turn on/off correctly the yellow, black, blue, and green wires of the module must be connected properly.

Does the blue LED turn off when you disconnect the blue and green wires?

With the headlights off do you still hear the clicking when you turn the fog lights on and off? I'm curious if is the KPtech relay or the OEM fog light relay that you are hearing.

Then that is the OEM foglight relay (it is in the battery area).

Where did you connect the KPtech yellow wire? How about the black wire?

I still think you have at least one of those first 4 wires hooked up incorrectly (either the yellow, black, green, or blue).

the yellow is hooked up to pin 11, black is grounded to the chasis, green to pin #3, and blue to pin #32

Have you tried disconnecting the blue and green wires to see if the light turns off? Theoretically, if you disconnect either wire the LED should turn off.

Next, keep the blue and green wires disconnected, and unplug the relay from the relay socket (to prevent any backfeeding through the coil).

I'm still trying to figure out what the red wires on the dimmer do to determine if hooking the yellow wire to the dimmer could have damaged the hardware. I can't find any references to the dimmer in the service manual.

So does this mean it is working?

When did you purchase the module? We have updated our installation instructions to completely get rid of color references on the relay. We don't manufacture the relay harness, we purchase them from another vendor and sometimes the wire colors do change. We recomend ALWAYS going by the pin number.

You may want to download the latest installation manual - http://www.kptechnologies.com/docs/M...stallation.pdf

Pay close attention to the wiring requirements for the relay (Pin 86). You MUST use a switched power source, NOT a constant 12vdc. This should clear up the "manually shutting the lights off" issue. If you don't want to rewire the relay you can made a small modification to the circuit board (usually easier then rewiring - http://www.kptechnologies.com/forums...php?f=30&t=488
