I want to change out my strips on my headlights (clearance lights i believe they're called). I want to put leds in it. I previously had the 5 led bulbs that were all on top they weren't bright enough. I want them to light up the whole strip, but the ones that I had lit up maybe half. I was wondering if the ones with 4 leds on the sides and 1 on top would be better? Or a single high power led?

 

Hard to light up the entire strip since the bulb is at the top. You would need to open them up and add a strip to light up the entire strip.
