why is no one telling me where their getting there bulbs from. Which SMD?

nevermind i just ordered the bulbs that are in my original link. i just pulled out the bulb and its the same one. i think it lasted over a year so thats good

Not all but most of the plate. I'm pretty I was running that same bulb in this pic.

and noticed that the coupes have a higher bracket that the license plate lights sit on about 1" higher if not more
thus somewhat reduce the amount of light

This is what I used.. it's an VERY bright LED.. single chip with 6 LED junctions on it, so it outputs .5 watts of 5000K white light.. I've had it on my G for about a year now, enduring a Central Ohio winter(Cold.. icy... sloppy snow...)no problems at all, they're $10 a pair, used the extra in the trunk.. completely fills the trunk space with awesome white light at night... very nice upgrade option for the $$!

With the way the bulb mounts on an 04 G35x sedan.. it's bright enough that it illuminates the pavement BIG TIME directly under the plate/bumper... cops will have NO problem reading your plate number as you blow past them on the highway!?!?!? (if you;re inclined to DO so...)

yeah you cant go wrong with V-leds IMO...

if anyone is planning to get bulbs from vleds.. there is a coupon for 15% off

its TOYOTANATION
