HID problem

I switched over to 06-07 projectors, last night i installed some 6000k HID's to replace the 4300k OEM phillips bulbs. Everything worked fine throughout the entire night. While i was driving home i noticed my drivers side darker than the other. Low and behold my light was out. I would turn the lights on and off, it would flicker but not completely power on. I have to do it about 5-10 times then it will power back on, and then turn completely off. If there is anyone who has experienced the same issue would you please be able to give me some guidance or assistance in this matter? I really dont want to be driving at night with one headlight out. Thanks!!!

My buddy is having the same problem with his car ... he installed 6K HID's in his 08 Audi TT.
He was told that he needs to add a relay I believe to the setup.. Basically since they use less power, if the wires think the light is burnt out they will stop sending power to the bulb. So you need some relay or something that holds the power and start up / turn on and keeps the constant flow going.
Hope I am explaining this right.. (its what my buddy was telling me earlier tonight)

I dont know why you would first think anything else is wrong other than the new bulbs you put in? The OEM bulbs you replaced are the best quality bulbs on the market, then you go and replace it with something cost less than 5 dollars to make. You get what you paid for. Go with phillips 6000K and see if that happens.
