Philips crystalvision 5000k bulbs

After doing some reading on HID bulbs I decided to go with the PHILIPS CRYSTALVISION 5000K bulbs and while I'm replacing them I thought I might as well do the fog/high beams also any recommendations on what would be a good match? Also what is the small bulb to the left used for? Thanks!

To the left? That's relative, isn't it? It'd help if you'd mention what year headlights, too. I'm assuming you're talking about either the city lights or the clearance strips. They act as parking lights.

Oppss ok it's a 03 sedan, the small bulb is located closer to the grill in between the hid's and the high beam

I believe you're talking about the clearance light. I'd get the "halo" brand 194 led. Looks pretty white to me.

Silverstars are not white at all. I would never recommend them.
