ANOTHER LIGHTING QUESTION???

ANOTHER LIGHTING QUESTION???
For weeks now I have been reading all of the posts about upgrading the lights in our beloved vehicles. The post "Lights - The Final Answer" has helped tremendously. I have pretty much decided to go with the PIAA Super LED Wedge (Blue/White) for the Clearance and License Plate. In addition, I was interested in the MTEC bulbs for the Fog/Low beam. Today I went on the PIAA Web Site and found another H4 replacment bulb that looked intertesting. It was PIAA's Super Plasma GT-X. My question is, can I used this bulb without damaging anything and what do these numbers mean 60/55W = 135/125W in the description of the bulb? The MTEC bulbs have different numbers (60/55W & 130/110W). Lastly, where is the best place to pick up PIAA bulbs?
P.S.: The headlights are the only area of the car where I think Infiniti/Nissan dropped the ball. IMO xenon headlights and HID fogs with a blacked out housing instead of the chrome. In addition to putting a strip of lights in the clearance strip, not just one weak bulb. Finally the annoying amber turn signal lens. It should be a clear lens with an amber bulb. Like the lights at clearcorners.com. Just needed to vent!

60/55W = 135/125W means that it uses 60/55W but produces 135/125W.
I have to agree...the HIDs suck....they should have been projector headlamps like beamers or like the TL...its a lot brighter

I bought the white/Blue one but have not installed in the clearance strip. After getting ticked for tinted windows such a hassle to take it off and put it back on
I think I will eventually put the lights in, no matter how blue. I wish there was a way to install a kill switch so when Mr Osifer pulls me over for a closer look, they glow white!!
Anyone know a shop that could do this for me? I am in Los Angeles, OC.
