Install was easy,

1) Remove Headlights
2) Bake headlights
3) Solder halos to turn sign (03-05) or parking (06-07)
4) Seal them up
5) Enjoy!

Sweet. So it comes with the rings for the projectors and a light for the clearance strip and turning signals?

I believe it comes with 4 halos, two upper and lower halos. nothing for the clearance, nothing for the turn signal

Would it be relatively easy to make the amber clear on headlights?

the ballasts fail often and the ccfl's are extremely fragile and can shatter easily... even the "new design" ballasts they tell you about when you ask if the ballasts are faulty still fail

however their customer support is good. they will replace the parts but you must send the faulty parts back to them first.. which can be inconvenient to take the bumper off, head lights off, take the housings apart... etc...

Is it bad enough where you shouldn't get the kit?
