I have a simple question, what parts are needed for the for 2003 to 2006 headlamp conversion on a g35 coupe, do i need the ballast from the new headlamps or just the bracket? If as there anything else needed? I know how to install the new headlamps just not all that is required?

The housings are direct replacements. You can reuse the ballasts. No need for new brackets. You'll just need new bulbs (D2S for your lo/hi beams, H1 for your fogs, 7440 for your turn signals, and you can reuse the clearance strip bulb for the new city light. bulb
