Halogen on a 2007 G35? Possible??

I just moved to Europe from the US. To keep my Xenon headlights, expensive modifications are required. However, Halogen lights do not require such modifications. Is there a way to swap Xenon for Halogen on a 2007 G35 Sedan?

You'd have to switch out the ballasts and everything wouldn't you?

I bought my G35 in the UK from an American and I am pretty sure the HID's are still installed. What part of Europe are you in? I know here all they do is adjust the beam pattern to a lower position....

Halogen = no ballast (non-HID). Xenon = ballast (HID).
All G35's are HID/xenon/ballasts.
Does this clear some confusion? Why downgrade the car to halogen?
