HID Ballasts and Bulbs

Well, I've searched the multiple threads and just wanted to get this down so I'm not getting it all wrong.

I'm switching my 05 coupe headlights to 06 Projectors, i want to have HID's in the High/Lo and Fog. The problem being the 06's aren't coming with bulbs or ballasts. I know that my 05's come with a ballast in the low beam headlamp that is for a DSR Bulb, first issue is will those ballasts work for the Bi-xenon DS2 Bulb?
and then the fog is a H1 Bulb if I'm not mistaken, i also need a ballast for that which i will probably have to purchase, I've seen the multiple brands of 10-35 dollar ballasts on eBay, which if any do you suggest, or do you think i should just buy a set of the OEM ballasts, if so i will start a WTB thread in the marketplace.

I was thinking it would be better to have all OEM ballasts so light output is not irregular. So i guess basically the key question being will the OEM ballasts work for both DSR, DS2, and H1 Bulbs without any type of wiring harness?

Huge list of crap for one question huh?

Any feedback would be appreciated,
Thanks

yes the stock matsu****a ballast is the same for all years . high beam in the 06 is bixenon . For the fogs to get the most reliable bulbs ballasts look into theretrofitsource and find rebased h1 bulbs with ballasts . Those are genuine phillips bulbs rebased into h1 sockets . Another option is to get another pair of stock ballasts and do a projector retrofit in the fogs that will accept D2S .Oem ballasts will not work with h1 bulbs .

the first link are factory bulbs rebased so you will want to go with factory phillips 85122 d2s bulbs and it will be a perfect match since they are exactly the same bulbs .Phillips 85122 d2s is what comes on our cars from the factory
