Fog HID's flicker

So I've gone through 3 different fog light HID kits and thought I finally had the problem fixed with this third one, but I just found out that I didn't The issue is: when I turn on the fog HIDs and once they're fully warmed up the light flickers. Its not a severe flicker where the light turns on and off completely, its a flickering with with the bulb still on. It just drives me crazy because its noticeable from the outside where the light hits the ground and I know other cars can see it and it just makes the car look cheap. The kit is properly installed and everything is connected where it should be but I just don't understand why the flickering is still happening. Anybody help me out?

Three different brands on kits or just three different kits of the same brand. If three different brands do it I would say there is an issue with your car. Maybe a loose wire in the harness for the fogs or a loose ground?

Three different brands on kits. Its weird though, it only flickers on one side, the driver side. Do you think the grounding kit would help somewhat? I just ordered SxExCx's kit. Should be here Monday.

Where did you ground the HIDs too? (not talking about Sean's ground kit, literally the ground coming off the light harness)

I connected the - and + from the HID bulbs to the - and + that connect to the HID ballasts.

Usually flickering means that the ballast is going out or with your case, you just got a bad ballast. Did you try swapping the ballasts from one side to another to see if its the ballast or even swapping the bulb to see if its the bulb?

As for being grounded, the kit was a PnP kit and didn't have a ground that I saw.

Here is the kit that I have:

One end of the factory harness should be grounded to the chassis from the factory. Trace the harness and find it. Swapping ballasts/bulbs from side to side was a good idea. If it does not follow its a problem with your car.
