Question about headlight sealant/glue

Hi guys, i'm planning on opening up my 06' projectors to replace a couple of burnt out LED's from previous modifications. My question is when putting the headlight assembly back together do I need to re-glue or should I just re-heat the assemblies to and re-use the glue that is already on there?
I purchased a 2-part, 5 minute epoxy (Devcon is the manufacturer) that is clear with a working temp of 200 Fahrenheit. Should/can I use this to reseal the headlights if needed?
Any help would be appreciated and thanks in advance for your help.

Its upto you overall, but most just heat it up enough to pry open then reheat and smoosh back together. If your sealant was oozing and running and went all over go ahead and add some more for good measure.

Edit. Good catch style i didnt even read that part just assumed silicone lol.

You can reuse the sealant by reheating it. I would not use that epoxy that you bought as well. If needed you can purchase more butyl here (http://www.mynismo.com/products/Default.asp?id=5577). But from my experience you can just reheat and put them back together and just add clear silicone around the headlight for extra protection.

Don't use the epoxy to reseal!

Use the butyl.
