when I got the car (less than a month ago) there was a headlight out. No biggie, found some cheapo bulbs online, and now the same ones out again. AND a parking light is out now. Is my car eating lights? is it cause I bought cheap lights? has anyone had this problem?

Edit: oh it's an 03. 145k mi.
