One of my '06/'07 headlight clear covers is cracked.

Would an '03-'05 work? Again, it's just the clear cover I need (yes, i'd need to bake it to get that off).

Seems like it'd be the same...anyone know?

yes. I have an 05 with an 06-07 sport front fascia and was thinking of running 06-07 projectors. do not believe there were any changes to the clear covers as they are direct fitment. only change I am aware of is the use of projectors. the body work of the front fenders and fascia remained the same from 03-07.
