Anyone know how to remove the rear license plate bulb?

Anyone know how to remove the rear license plate bulb?
I tried searching but haven't seen a thread about it

I believe there are clips on either side of each bulb housings. Push both sides in and pull down and the housing will drop. Remove bulb, replace with new one and do the reverse to install.

It will make sense once you go out to your car and look at the housings.

There is 1 clip on each housing, push in with a flat head and it pops out, removing the liscence plate helps for clearance when dropping the housings
