Which LED for clearance strip??? Pics Inside

For those who have replaced your clearance strip bulbs with LED's, I need some help deciding on what bulb to get for mine. I want to try to light up the strip all the way down as best as possible. Here are the bulbs I'm looking at. If anyone has opinions and pictures of what they have, and how it looks I'd really appreciate it. Thanks!

LED 1

LED 2

LED 3

LED 4

LED 5

LED 6

none of them are bright enought to light up the whole clearance strip . Maybe very dim at best .

number 2 and 6 would be the brightest and light up the strip the best

I have #2 on mine

Lights it up decently well at night. But it isn't "constant" light, like it fades away as the strip goes down which kinda sucks but nothing you can do about it. You can put a 100 LED bulb in there and it won't make that big of a difference.

Here's what it looks like:

A retrofit is the best way but if you must use a pnp bulb , we make some that are brighter then any of those and reliable .For comparison the bulbs you listed put out around 5-10 lumens and ours 25 lumens Another choice is Luxer1 bulbs which are close to ours in lumens also .Both are also reliable unlike the cheap bulbs you mentioned

or

Luxer1

I've researched this topic a ton, tried several, today I found these led bulbs at autozone and just put them in. wow, they are amazing. By far the best at lighting the clearance strip
Sylvania LEDriving

youtube video about the LEDriving bulb
here's some pics of them on my g35, can't wait to see how bright they are at night

We have a new 194-sized LED coming out soon that should be bright enough to illuminate that entire strip.

Unfortunately, you will have to add a strip to get a more uniform appearance

bought these used on ebay. got lucky they weren't sun damaged. Sold the stock ones that had the yellow clearance strip. Thought about baking the originals and seeing if it was possible to renew the clearance stip, but said heck with it, people still gobble them up with the messed up strip on ebay
