Do both headlights rotate 2008 G35x?

Had the drivers side headlight replacedon 2008 G35X and it does not swivel back and forth any more.

Stupid question, but aren't both headlights supposed to move back and forth when the wheel is turned?

If so I'm back to the dealer.
