My drives side HID bulb was off a day or two. It then would flash on and off for a second, it now is off. When I turn on the fog light, with the low beams on, both fog lights are on. This is how all fog lights are supposed to work. Anyway, when I switch to the high beam, the passenger side fog light goes out, but the drives side stays lit. Dose this mean, it is a bulb issue in the HID light or a ballast issue? Because the fog light is not going out, could it be a wiring issue? I do not know why the drives side fog light would stay on if the HID high beam should be on. Does my question make sense? Has anyone else had this issue? Does anyone have any ideas?

Okay, so after a couple of days of looking online, I think I will try to switch out the ballast. Anyone have a good DIY video or pictures?
