Fog Light Question 06 Projectors

Hi all,

I just replaced the H1 fog lights hoping to get them to go from yellow to white to match my D2S HIDs. When I replaced the bulbs, the fogs are still yellow. I know it isn't the bulbs because they are bright white.

Is it the reflectors that are giving off the yellow tint? Thanks!

The 194/168 city light is located in the same cavity as the H1 fog. Its color would affect the overall appearance.

My city lights already have pure white LEDs in them.

The reflector housings are only going to reflect the light output from the bulbs. They don't contribute anything to the output color. Perhaps the bulbs aren't as "white" as you think. Matching the color output of the D2S HID bulb is very difficult.

i agree the reflector usually would not dictate the color output but i recall a member here bought those hyper white bulbs with the blue coating and it was still yellow lol. kinda odd. i forget his name but if u search yellow bulb his post should come up
