How do I aim or adjust my fog lights?

I adjusted my low beams, but couldn't find the cogs for the fogs.
I just installed a pair of HID bulbs into my fog lights; the driver beam hits street signs and oncoming-driver's eyes, and my passenger side beams straight to the floor right out the housing.

Anyone know how to aim or adjust the fog lights? I have a 2004 coupe.

That thread doesn't speak of how to adjust the fog lights. I read the whole thing, each and every post.

Yeah sorry man. I thought I deleted that irrelevant post. I don't know if the fogs are adjustable. If the fogs are off, that might mean the headlights aren't installed properly.
