Headlight Keeps going out. Help Please????

I have an 03 G35 Coupe with the brembos and nav (and I don't know if that makes a difference in this question but just so you know what model I have). I don't know if that CAME with factory HID's or not, but my ballast don't look to be aftermarket. I say that because I bought this used.

At any rate, my driver's side headlight continues to blow. It's ONLY the driver's side. I've replaced 3 bulbs in the past year. One, as soon as I got it (literally that day). I then, replaced the bulb this past Thursday (May 8th) and it blew on Friday night. I've been buying factory bulbs at $100 a piece and I'm kinda sick of spending the money. I just recently ordered some bulbs from a vendor here, Diode Dynamics. I'm thinking of replacing both and seeing what happens.

But, does anyone have any ideas for me to try before I start tearing into this driver's side ballast. I've also thought of replacing it with an aftermarket ballast and even waiting until I upgrade to the 06+ projectors. However, I'd like to drive my car at night at somepoint.

Any help would be much appreciated.

41+ views and not 1 single solitary reply? Not even a sarcastic and non-helpful one? DAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA AANG!!!!!! Guess I'll stock up on ballast and bulbs till it works itself out.
