Projector Retrofit - 04 Coupe

Ive decided the next thing I upgrade on my G is the headlights but i dont wanna go with the 06 style lights as for the price I feel I could make something a bit more personalized.

Im mainly interested in hearing what others have used for the projector, size lens used and shrouds to see what fits easily and what becomes a PITA to retro fit.

I am going to grab a spare set of headlights so I can take my time on the upgrade and not have to remove mine right off the bat, plus both of mine are cracked inside the housing, i assume the material inside is super thin.

Plan:
-stock color inside/it matches the car
-ccfl side strip
Bi-xenon FX-R Stage 3 Projector headlight+Halo

-debating on the shroud
-debating on 2.5 or 3" lens

Im sure the Morimoto Mini would have been the easier install choice but I figured if im going to put this time into doing this I only want to do it once and do it right. So a little extra fab would be worth it in the end for me.

Thanks for the info & if you have done a retro yourself post up those pics!

good luck getting the ccfl bar to work in there, just go the easy route and buy a 12" strip from vleds, it comes with an adapter that plugs right into the clearance strip 921 wedge socket
