HID on/off

Just ordered some h4 hid's (fog). I am also buying a module so I can have only the fog lights on (without low beams). I was wondering if when I hook up my hid's will it be possible for them to turn on and off? I haven't found a thread explaining how to do this so I thought i'd ask.

Thanks!

Guy named Kevin started KPTechnologies (add a .com to that for his website). He sells modules that integrate with the BCM and bypass or add functionality as needed.

Short of that, the only way to run the fogs without the lights being on is to wire them directly to a switch and give up the on/off on the steering wheel. His modules work well from all accounts, but this one was a pain in the nuts to install lol. If you're not comfortable working with wiring, it may not be ideal for you.

You are talking about replacing your existing fog light bulbs with HIDs, correct? If so, the control of them should not change if installed properly (using the OEM fog light control circuit). They should still continue to turn on and off with the OEM switch assuming you have the low beams on.
